La stampante Canon i-SENSYS LBP351x è una scelta eccellente, con caratteristiche straordinarie. Ad esempio, supporta la stampa solo fronte a una velocità fino a 55 pagine al minuto (ppm) su carta A4. Con carta in formato A5, invece, la velocità arriva fino a 59 ppm. La stampa fronte/retro sulla stessa macchina con carta A4 raggiunge fino a 36,5 immagini al minuto (ipm).

La Canon i-SENSYS LBP351x utilizza la tecnologia di stampa laser monocromatica. Questo modello può stampare solo documenti in bianco e nero. La risoluzione massima di stampa è fino a 1200 x 1200 punti per pollice (dpi), mentre quella media è di circa 600 x 600 dpi. Il tempo di riscaldamento del dispositivo è di circa 29 secondi o meno dalla modalità di accensione.

Il tempo di uscita della prima pagina è di circa 7,2 secondi dall'invio del comando di stampa. Il ciclo di lavoro massimo è fino a 250.000 pagine al mese. Il volume consigliato è compreso tra 3000 e 16.000 pagine al mese. I margini di stampa sono di circa 5 mm su tutti e quattro i lati della carta: superiore, inferiore, sinistro e destro. Questa macchina Canon offre anche numerose funzionalità di stampa da dispositivi mobili.

Tra queste figurano la stampa protetta, la stampa di codici a barre e la stampa da una chiave di memoria USB. Quest'ultima funzionalità supporta formati di stampa quali TIFF, PDF e JPEG. È inoltre disponibile l'app Google Cloud Print ready. Le altre app di stampa da dispositivi mobili dipendono invece dalla versione di iOS in uso e dalle app installate. Ad esempio, iOS supporta Apple AirPrint e l'app Canon PRINT Business.

Con un dispositivo Android, le funzionalità comprendono l'app certificata Mopria, Canon Print Service Plug-in e l'app Canon PRINT Business. Per quanto riguarda la gestione della carta, la macchina supporta fino a 500 fogli di carta comune.
