La stampa con questa macchina utilizza la tecnologia di stampa laser a colori e raggiunge una risoluzione massima di 2400 x 600 dpi. La risoluzione minima di stampa è invece di 600 x 600 punti per pollice (dpi). Il dispositivo supporta inoltre la stampa fronte/retro, disponibile come modalità standard. È possibile stampare direttamente da una chiavetta di memoria USB, da Remote UI e da Web Access. Questa modalità supporta anche JPEG, TIFF, PDF e XPS.

Per stampare da dispositivi connessi a Internet sono disponibili diverse soluzioni software e basate su MEAP. Questa funzione consente di stampare da dispositivi mobili e tramite servizi cloud, in base alle proprie esigenze. Per ulteriori informazioni su questi servizi, rivolgersi al proprio rappresentante commerciale. Il vassoio carta principale può contenere fino a 550 fogli di carta comune con un peso medio di 80 gsm. È inoltre presente un vassoio multiuso che può contenere 100 fogli di carta comune.

La capacità massima di alimentazione carta è fino a 2300 fogli di carta comune con un peso medio di 80 gsm. Il vassoio di uscita della carta, senza finisher, può contenere fino a 250 fogli stampati. Con il finisher con pinzatrice installato, il vassoio può contenere fino a 500 fogli non pinzati e 20 fascicoli pinzati.
